My New Favourite!

There is always that outfit in your wardrobe that makes you feel your best. For me, those outfits are usually maxi dresses. Especially this particular one. I recently bought this from a stall at a fair. I like buying my outfits at odd little places because then they'd have a story to tell. We all have a story, don't we? I firmly believe fashion is a story each individual writes to tell the world.

This is a cotton, block printed maxi dress with a sash that ties up to accentuate your waist. It's one of those easy, effortless pieces of clothing that you need to own! It's great for the summer months. I feel sleeveless dresses suit me better than any other kind, especially if they have a higher neckline. If you're slightly full-figured and petite (like I am), I think this would be a perfect style for you! I wore the dress with my D'orsay two-toned shoes from Nine West. They're my dressy yet comfortable picks for an evening out. I also feel that the pointed toes are very flattering for people who are short or petite. So these are the shoes that I like to wear!

I've worn this dress a bunch of times since I got it, which is always telling of my enjoyment of a piece. So, if you ever see something similar, pick it up! It has my vote!
